Uchisurube is a kappo restaurant built around golden dashi and Hokkaido tsukune-imo. We bring together traditional Japanese food culture and a contemporary sensibility, with a menu that focuses on the natural flavor of the ingredients, as well as beauty and health.
Same-day reservations are accepted by phone only. Seats are limited, so we recommend booking in advance.

Yes. The mucin and vitamin C in tsukune-imo help support gut health and collagen production. It is associated with better skin, recovery from fatigue, and anti-aging benefits.
We accept reservations for up to 16 guests. Groups of 10 or more will have the restaurant to themselves. If you would like to book, please contact us.
